Spend an interesting and enjoyable weekend at Cilgwri Apiary.  This is an informal 2-day course specifically designed for people who already have bees or have already attended a beginners' course.  It will include everything necessary to prepare for the BBKA and WBKA basic Assessments. The class size is limited to 8 and includes practical demonstrations as well as theoretical presentations with plenty of opportunity to handle Cilgwri’s gentle British bees.

Light lunches and refreshments will be provided on both days.  Accommodation is available at Cilgwri and at local B&Bs, guest houses and hotels.

Prior knowledge needed:  Beginners' course or equivalent

Equipment:  Everything supplied except wellington boots.  However beekeepers are welcome to bring  their own clean equipment including veils, smokers and hive tools.
