Directions From Bala Take the A494 towards the A5 and Corwen. After about 7 miles pass through Glan-yr-Afon and turn right into a small lane immediately after a lay-bye on the right. The lay-bye and junction are about 300 metres after the filling station in the village. or From Corwen on the A5 Head West towards Betws-y-Coed and Snowdonia for about 2 miles. Turn left at traffic lights onto the A494 signposted "Bala". After a further mile turn left into a small lane immediately after a lay-bye on the right hand side and just before entering the village of Glan-yr-Afon. From both directions After travelling about 300 metres down the lane, Cilgwri's farm track can be seen on the right and is about 600 metres long. There is a farm gate in the lane and 2 others (usually tied open) in the track.  |
